Shipping and Return policy
Some states have strict laws against the import of tobacco-related products. Each page featuring a tobacco pipe shows a disclaimer containing a list of states to whom we will not presently mail pipes. To receive a selection of our products, states require us to require you to show delivery person valid ID to prove you are 21 YEARS OLD because there is no option through the shipping vendors to customize the Adult Signature Confirmation to 18 or 19. You the buyer are responsible for researching shipping and customs policies for tobacco-related products in your area. YOU MUST investigate your state laws thoroughly. We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your on-line purchase for store credit. All items returned must be unused and have any original tags or packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. After 14 days, all sales are final.
If there was a mistake on the part of Sweetflag or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
We have the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
